Should I?
We had to write ourselves letters. Mine came in the mail today. It was perfect timing. I had such a bad day and opening it and seeing that the envelope, in really small writing in the middle, said “smile.” just made me cry. Reading the letter was weird. I remember having to write it, but I don’t remember writing any of what I did. Past me obviously knew what I needed to here. But it is so strange. It doesn’t even seem like it was me writing it. It seems like.. Just some stranger kind of. I don’t know. Some of it made me sad because I didn’t live up to the things I hoped I would yet but it just makes me want to so much more now. I just really needed that today, even If it made me cry a whole lot.
